Preaching the Good News of Gnosis

Theeter I agree with you on the temptation to tell others of the Mysteries, after knowing what they are, and have performed them which I felt I couldn`t even be in the playing, if one does not actually perform at least one of them with Father, as they say walk a mile in another mans shoes before you tell him of things he must know or do. After doing above, the great wisdom came to me as why it has been said to tell know one, although the Spirit (true Parents) do not teach us just of things we should not do at a specific time without giving us an over abundance of things to do that is equaly are even greater in nature and still is in the constructive order of achieve that desire we so quickly had within us for others being a giving thing.
The parents reminded me before partaking in the Mysteries what did you have to accomplish, I knew it was achieving a close relationship with the Father on an everyday thing, Being able to work in the Gnostic scripture in general. This would lay in the path way to the Pearl (Mysteries). So one must be very full in the Gnosis (Christ) in the Father before elevating. This as you know is why we are all hear trying and seking to keep our lamps full in the Father.
Now telling others even of the Gnostics when they have been primarily in the Conical bible is a whole world in itself also. May I add there are many more connecting scriptures between Bible and Gnostics, then Mysteries and Bible, although one can find them indeed. I my self now use the Graces known of the Mysteries to help me explain deeper the connection to the Gnostics for those of the world, and always now just as this moment we speek.

Heather greetings,, I was reading your post on your feelings about realizing how much there is to learn, may I say a feeling of energetic curiousity to diferent degrees. I know the feeling well and still get it also in the years My Spirit has been seeking the Father also and probably for anyone else here ayy? Thats really a good thing as a self indicator that your salt in you has not lost its savor.
Christ has talked in a passage in think within Pistis sophia of the want in you. replacing the want with the Fulness. donot stop seeking untill you have become full with no want, but as you seek the fulness the more one wants. If one does not have want or fulness, one will never even achieve any fulness. So they kind of work hand in hand. It took me awhile to figure that one out, although very wise insdeed.

By just comming to the light in thyself and knowing there is much more, all the Angels in Heaven rejoice truly.
Remember no journey will ever begine without taking the first step, and that step is the most important thing with the Father in the Now we live in.

Yes indeed, the Spiritual journey is a long one - does it ever end?

This brings to mind the comparison of those who follow 'orthodox' religion with the 'genuine gnostic' ~ i.e. religionists: they start the journey, but mistakenly think that the 'signposts' (= 'scriptures') are actually "destination nameplates"! Thus they go no further in seeking for the inner Spiritual Truth.

The genuine gnostic never ceases to seek further.

I appreciate your thoughts . I think I must have given the impression that I am searching to fill an inner void. Although I spent my entire life doing just that, I had a profound spiritual experience last fall which caused me to realize that I have been whole all along. Now, I have a long (long, long,lol) way to go in many areas , but I am grateful to have been blessed with a sense of peace in my soul. I am no longer searching for something to complete me, but looking for ways to remember who I am in all that I do and see that wholeness in others without judgement.
I am at the moment fascinated with gnosticism and would love to learn much more, but I realize that this journey ultimately leads to a place already within me.
