my experience

I just wrote the long version and it disappeared, so here's the point that matters:




I come from a pagan background . a series of events caused me to find this message in an online group:


59. Mary said, “There are many gods and goddesses
with great power, and all manner of spirits that have secret knowledge,
yet the power that is in you is greater and the knowledge you possess
is more rare and precious. I tell you, great and luminous beings shall
come seeking power and knowledge from you. See that you give to all who
ask and withhold only from those who come to steal, and those who
receive let worship the Anointed of God Most High.”
(The above quote i later found out, comes from " St. Mary Magdalene- the gnostic tradition of the holy bride" by Tau Malachi.)


The quote spoke to me like an angel from heaven. when i read it, it was like my whole being lit up and i knew i was in the right place at the right time. i felt excited like a child . Then, suspicion set in when i realized it was from mary, which i assumed was virgin mary. but i was so intrigued that i asked the poster about it. when i learned it was attributed to mary magdalene, i decided i would delve further. after all, if any biblical figure could speak to me it would have to be her LOL!!!
I asked the person who posted it and discovered he was interested in christian gnosticism. i asked him about his beliefs and i was amazed to find that there were other people in the world who believe the same fundamental things about the universe as i.
I had a moment where I just felt so calm and everything appeared brighter. i realised it was ok for me to believe what in my heart i always knew to be true. at that moment , i prayed to Jesus and asked him to open my heart and my mind and also to remove a negative entity that had followed me since childhood. I was looking outside at a tree as i prayed and the tree looked incredibly bright and i could see incredible detail on the tree. i had that feeling of excitement again and also a sense of complete inner calm and vulnerability ( but i felt completely safe in the vulnerability), i just had no barriers and was completely open.
This feeling stayed with me for several weeks. I felt like all people were myself but with a different face. i felt so in love with everyone. i was living in a redneck town and i just despised everyone, and suddenly it all just seemed so funny to me. i remeber looking at people i had previously felt i had nothing in common with and just thinking it was so hillarious that they were an aspect of myself.
Also, i had a new understanding of religion. i found that when i look at all religions through the lens of my own truth they all make sense! I was able to see the previous several months as a series of events leading to where i was at that moment. everyone i talked to and everything i read gave me amazing new insights. for a few weeks, every day, someone would tell me something that was a major awakening for me, if i just listened with an open heart i received so much information!
also, i am completely free from the dark entity that had plagued me for so long.
I've come back down to earth so to speak, but i am changed forever by the experience, or rather unchanged

oh my gosh girl. first,that is happend to me too, poof ots gone and it was exactley wait i wanted to express,i even cried once. i am so touched by your words! the experiances you speak of touch a place in my heart of remberance of experiances that i have had. again ,i want to say i am so excited for you what god has done, is doing and will continue to do in your life, i wanna say to you hold on to your hat girl because the fresh spring wind is blowing sweetley in your direction and it is so full of breath and life.those rapturess moments of time spent with god in the innermost chambers of your heart and sitting in the mighty wonder of creation...realizing yourself in him and he and the fullness of him inside of you,like champagne bubbles in and all thruout your body,heart and mind and soul and all that is you together as one in hiss fulness knowing you are naked before his preasance and he sees and knows and loves all that you are...........MAY GOD CONTINUE THE ANNOINTING,CALLING IN YOU,TO COME FURTHER IN TO HIM SO YOU CAME COME TO LEARN MORE AND MORE EACH DAY OF WHO YOUARE IN HIM AND WHO HE IS IN YOU,MAY THE PROFOUNDNESS OF HIS GREAT AND MIGHTY LOVE CONTINUE TO BRING YOU IN TO A WEALTH OF GNOSIS OF CHRIST IN YOU THE HOPE IN GLORY

You must be truly a mystic, Heather. I too have been so very affected by such words, (and I just adore Tau Malachi, my husband got me his book Gnosis of the Cosmic Christ and was one of my first forays into gnosticism, particulary the branch of Christian Kabbalism.)

It is so awesome to have you here!! You have been blessed, and have drunk from the only true fount, and will never have the emptiness that so many struggle with (including myself for so long).

I feel blessed having read it! (btw, resubmit the 'long' version sometime, I would be MOST interested!)

I find that the Gospel of Thomas or a quote from the Gospel of Truth has that effect on me.

I feel for the amount of heart one gives into writing and posting only to have poof.... Gone like that... It has happen to me also , not on this site only.
The reason and solution is as follows.
There are time limits set by the programs for open windows with input attach to them which are all differant limits within sites. the solution is simple for this site:
If you have a long post and not sure wheather it is within the limit. Copy the intire post you write, go to edit on AOL for me cause this window has no copy button, and click copy, then you can either past it in a new mail window or just keep it on hold with the copy button. go back and send on your origanal post. If it goes fine, if not just open a new one and paste what You copied.
This will prevent the wasting of time and effert, and testing ones memory ayy? .
