Dream experience of ancient Mother

I dreamed last night I was bothered by something and I was sitting up in bed, ( I have been going through a bit of insomnia lately and I ponder the image of myself sitting up in bed worrying, while I am actually asleep and dreaming for a change).

A white light suddenly appears on my left side and it is Mary. Which Mary? I assume that I assumed in the dream that it was the Mother Mary. However, she was not portrayed as a beautiful young woman as she so often is, but instead she was ancient. This Mother figure had pure white hair, pale and wrinkled skin, ancient eyes that somehow sparkled, and a plain white gown on.

She said: "Lay with me." I was a mixture of startled and confused and humbled. I lay back and she put her arms around me, the she kissed me on the cheek, holding onto me like a loving mother would care for a child.

The imagery is so powerful to me right now that I have to stop to cry.

She said: "I love you." I couldn't get words to come out of my mouth. I was upset about some things in my life, but I could not bring myself to start complaining to Her, of all beings. It all seemed so petty just then.

She again said: "I love you, I always have." I relaxed and let her hold me tighter.

Then she told me that if I didn't like something in my life, that I should change it, only she spoke it as a rhyme, and her voice, by the way, was beautiful and sweet. I can't remember the rhyme now that I am awake.

She also said: "Will it into being"

The feeling of being held in her arms was like a warm magnetic current. It was as if I was no longer in my room anymore, but was transported to a different place with an entirely different energy. She gave me a gentle squeeze and then she gently faded and I began t o feel the energy of my room again.

Then my cat jumped on me and I woke up. Perhaps if she hadn't, (her name, by the way, is Sophia), I may not have remembered the dream, as it was early in the night.

This "dream" is ripe with imagery and deep meaning. Any thoughts? Impressions? My background is Gnostic Christianity, so to me it is THE Mother, whom I have never pictured in my mind. I have a little part of me that says "who am I to see this?" But I need this right now. Gotta go, tears again.

sweet sister , that is so beautiful and amazing! it made me cry ,i could almost feel the peace this gave you ,as to say it will be okay. the mother is so sensitive, she is different then the father aspect of GOD. i so believe there is a specific reason why
i dont have the answer,but you do .
we all crave like children that unconditional love that mothers give, the attention to details moms have.IMO this is the almighty
mother/father creator GOD and GIVER of all life desiring to let you know at this moment in a real tactile way all the love that does dwell in you for you.we keep truckin every day doin our things . we have our time set aside for GOD ,meditation, prayer
what have you and at times it can feel we are alone in the relationship, even though GOD is WITH US / in us . and these very real tactile moments for me affirms GODS TRUE UNCONDITIONAL LOVE FOR ME.
also when this insomnia happens to me i leave bed and i go pray ,or read scripture i ask GOD is there something you want me to understand , to see ,to hear? sometimes it is a subtle prophetic visit to prepare you for an upcoming change you may not be aware of , like a streanghtinig of your inner man.
we are tactile and the mother/father knows this , and knows our needs we do need that touch from GOD we do , and i am blessed to hear of your visitation.

Greetings to you B-Sophie, and Grace be with From the Father on this grand vision of Love from the parents. This was your vision to grow on, find comfort in allways, help you to attain anything You wish within your asking of them to fulfill your way in them here in this plane. Thier are many of His children that have differant visions or experiances to the extent of our own identification and quest we take on and those we are designed to do, with them in the truth of the Elohim (The imovable race). I also talk of such things because I also had such a vision, not of Sophia or the parents in that way of clearity but did with Christ 33 years ago, which is just as or more vibrant then it was then in Him. It set my course more straight of my own knowing unto today.
We are hear to help each other, as true Brothers and Sisters of the Parents (Holy Spirit) of God, to expandend our knowledge and Love within them to be Perfect, as your father in Heaven is Perfect M't:5:48: All your questions will be answered upon your asking like I also had the one you had as, why Me? My answer was because I am me, they created me before time itself, just as You and many more that was to know sustain things at specific Earthly times and events of Personal enlightenments. Step by step my blessed sister. Find strength in Love of what you know. Be not moved by those, with fear of themselves in them that try to discourage you to return to what was, as He has said be wise as a serpent and Harmless as a dove. Sophie also tell this to only those that can comprehend such matters. For I am your brother allways

Dear Sophie,

What can one say?

You have been blessed with a meeting with one of the 2 basic creative qualities, namely the universal female.

The meaning of such a meeting? Firstly it can be a personal meeting concerning your own female side and how you are dealing with this side.

And secondly: The meaning can be more extended and collective, in which case, the meeting with The Great Lady, tells that your practise of Gnostic Christianity ALSO must imply the Female aspect of creative power. And of course it must! Nothing can be created without both a male and female quality. All Native traditions and original Gnostic tradition have both qualities in their tellings, whatever they call these creative powers.

And just the female aspects are very important in our time! Mother Earth needs more female touch and less male superficiality!

It is truely wonderful that God the Mother has come to you, she has been forgotten for many years by many. When we came into existance our creator split in many aspects each being in and of itself, many aspects are masculine and many are femanine.. these are goverened or part of each greater masculine and greater femanine (God the Father and God the Mother). First light, that which is unbegotten became parents and God the mother and God the father were 'self begotten', the Sophia of Christ. We have to remember that even though they can 'humanize' themselves, we can not humanize them for then do we give them 'limitations', and we know that there is NO limitation to that which is unbegotten. The first mysteries are very hard to understand and are much more than I can put to words. The Native Americans know both mother and father, and they worship both! Yes, I have heard that you can 'wil' into existance what you need... but most come here to learn and feel it cheating when getting devine help... but that is in my honest opinion. Just remember, you know/love both of your real parents!

This reminded me a bit of my own experience although I'm still not quite sure about it because it happened during a dream, I posted it under the topic Conversion Experience if you want to read it. Anyway thanks for sharing and may the Christ within light the path to heaven always!

It is a lovely dream that seems to me to need no interpretation. You have been blessed and given comfort and direction. Beautiful!
