THE ONLY DECISION

In truth, the only decision we need to make is whether we are with - or without - the Light.

We are not always aware of the bigger script our lives are following. When we think 'we' are in charge, we are blocking the Light. This might sound confusing because Spiritual Masters teach us how to get control of our life. The paradox is when we realize that we are not in control, then we really are! Also, when we remind ourselves of the limitation of the five senses, we remove that limitation.

Once we are able to shift into the mindset of, "it's not about me, there is more than my limited senses are perceiving," then we are engaging the Light to guide us.

This type of consciousness doesn't come over night. We create it every day by asking - begging - the Light to show us the right way.

Hay PLU, This a very important one indeed that few like to talk about I think because no one like to think that they are not in the light ayy? Like myself sometimes ... lets see is scrambling a good word, or feeling more like a lawn mower than a seed planter.. LOL
I think the song By Pink floyd,,, does it for me when They sing " sooo soo you thing you can tell,, heaven from Hell,,, Blue skies from Rain ( or is it pain) LOL... you get the drift.

Ya just like excorsizing the body, one needs to excercize the Soul to stay limber for the Spirit to act apon. I recall one scripture to were Christ answers His disciple from the question what is your proof that You are with the Father?
He answered "Move and rest" can`t get any simpler then that in explaination huh? Although we can complicate it with our own limits, and fears, and sins.
But truely a starting point in any revalation or Gnosis

btw Tom ~ it's me (Bob). PLU is merely my "signing off" abbreviation for Peace, Love, & Understanding. Sorry for the confusion.

I think that simplicity is the answer for Enlightenment - merely letting go of the ego and intellect, and truly becoming like little children (as Jesus said). And what do little children need most of all, if not a strong guiding hand in the form of their father/mother? This is why I think it necessary to seek for a genuine Spiritual Teacher ~ one whom we can put our trust in to guide us as little children.

LOL.... Thanks Bob LOL isn`t funny with all the depths of understandings we travel in here, something as this brings us Back to being a Child in simplicity.
You are so right, without PLU one can get caught in the river of knowledge and litteraly get sweeped away.

I like to think of a different interpretation for "movement and rest" as proof that we are w/ the Father, as "passion and peace", a subtle difference but a large effect in my mind.
