SOMETHING I NEED TO LEARN
“She’s so negative, always judging people. Ugh, I can’t stand her!”
Sound familiar? How often do we judge others for being judgmental? According to the kabbalists, the energy we expend thinking how negative someone else is only contributes to the negativity of our environment. And it opens the door for judgment to come into our lives.
The bottom line for today is: check your negative thinking. Know that when you reign in your nasty, critical, cold-hearted thinking, the people around you will be affected for the better. Additionally, you will be a lot happier as you remove these toxic thoughts from your consciousness.
This is something that I personally need to learn and practice!

Yes
Negative emotions eat up so much of our energy. It is still possible to say "She's so judgmental and I don't like her." But say/think it without being "identified" with the negative emotion. Don't let that "I" ("I" am so upset because she's so....!) take control of you. ("possess" you.)
It's also good to think like this:
1. She's my friend. So I'll talk to her and ask her why she....
2. She is someone who will maybe never change. I should just feel compassion for her. (And move on.)
