The Tao

Is the Tao a perfect definition of the "Gnostic God"? Or perhaps the pleroma? Has Taoist writings influenced any of you greatly? I know I get much inspiration from The Tao-te-Ching and some other Taoist texts. I was even interested in Taoist internal alchemy(still am, alittle bit). I know ther are some Taoists who even integrated Christ and other "Christian conepts"(I'm not so sure about the latter).
