The Future

Wow, what a most interesting subject "The Future" I was reading a post here were someone stated the Future is not for us to know...
I thought for quite awhile on this statement... an It can and should be put into the proper context for its true meaning, and most of all from the point of view from which it is considering from men, and also men of God, so as to cover all tars and wheat so to speak ayy?
as Far as the Tars or men not knowing of the Gift they have, or better yet those seeking the dark, there is luck, illusions, majic, supersticions and finnaly Fate itself which is the end of the road for the darkside, the mother of that, being Mindlessness. They don`t even have to think, at all it will be as stated, and complete self distruction.

70 Jesus said, "If you bring forth what is within you, what you have will save you. If you do not have that within you, what you do not have within you [will] kill you."

Now on the opposite end , the light side or the progressive Spiritual path it would be as stated By Christ below, which also is an explination of gnosis.

5 Jesus said, "Know what is in front of your face, and what is hidden from you will be disclosed to you.

For there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed. [And there is nothing buried that will not be raised."]
Now whether 5 min, 5 years or 50 years.... they are all the future from where we are now, correct. I`m just going through this with youall allso remembering all things considered.
when we were young and awoke feeling tired and wanted to take the day off, feeling work was to trysome for that day. But soon learned that, ounce getting into it , we worked it out with ourselves , even glad we went sometimes realy, and our slight apprehention or fear was gone. Now that we are older we see that future moment in our day, if we make it happen... so like the statement " The future is what you make it" and also experiance and wisdom inhances the ability to know and even teach that, Like to our children. So to make the Future one should know or at least have as many tools necessary to achieve that which you seek Yes?
Where the profits shown the Future... I imagine John believed it. Does God know what the Future is, No He is the future, and the present, and the past. Lets see, are we not striving to be one in the Father, and achieving it in a multitude of ways in Spirits now? Yes again... so can the future of this Aeon be seen to the degree of His Logos? I would have to say yes we can, it depends on each of our points of view and ability leaned in a specific way find what we seek.
I was going to say in the light, but thats not realy true, because Nostradomus did it by focusing on a Candle and water to bring about visions... so would say seeing God is all the light and the dark... any Spiritual path can be visioned along that spectrum, having free will. Light or Dark.
We are form the light, this is why Christ came to show us as John says stated "the Light within Men" Understanding the intire projector of light or dark is completely diferant than being of any particular point along that which is our choice.
I choose Higher and .. LOL Now seeing that things of the future is many steps of enlightenment from that one point of starting. Boy this total spectrum just got bigger LOL.

well at this point I would be wondering what others would say in this , with some time in pondering ayy?

All I would ask is: Can YOU see into the future? I know that I cannot, and my Master says that we are locked into the now ~ all else is irrelevent.

I do not believe that anyone can actually see into the future (perhaps not even God?). People like Nostradamus give such vague, mysterious, and ambiguous predictions that anyone can make them mean anything at all!

The Hebrew terms that have been translated into English as "Prophet" actually come from a Hebrew root meaning "SEER" ~ not of the future, but of GOD, i.e. a 'GNOSTIC'.

Me, I get deja-vu ALL the time, I am always getting little glimpses into the future, but they don't make any sense at the time. WHen I was a witch I had the 'recipe' for a spell for something called 'Solomon's Mirror' where you can see the future, but I gave up magick as it is the powers of the archons and I prefer not to meddle anymore, but to wait on the Light.

The future exists in time. Quite frankly, I aim for eternity, the past ad future matter not.It's funy, DC, you metioed the use of magic to predict the future. This is another trap psychics, illusionist, ad other sorcerers fall into. Lookig into the future causes them to lose sight of the eternal, the incorruptible. Those who learn the virtue of patiece(by the grace og God) and Let GOD, FIND THE EMPOWERMENT of Eternal Light, which was there all along. More reason for rejoicing!!!

The past and consequently paradoxically the future are but building blocks of the NOW. If you stand in the position of the NOW you stand in the position of the KNOW, thus all things are set before you from a function of phases of Consciousness of your cosmology of being. Time becomes as dimension of mind and the Light in all things break through in brightness and then it is declared, "All is a parable of mind."

oohhh this is Great.... getting the old creative juices flowing per say..... in a respect of two sides viewing a most interesting discussion, which helps bring out expanded ideas within us all, of relevant truths for the now of course, and of holding, Love and respect at basis of, May I continue to be the speaker for the possible items to be pondered as in any truth revolving around the future.

For I , especially with dicerning scripture like, I will learn the opposite, to the degree at least that is in oposition to it , for seeing if it is verifiable or not. Before continueing on the placing an item in bonified belief of a portion of that in myself.

There was Scripture in the kJB were Jesus told Peter of the cock crowing three times, as you will deny me.
You all know the story..... would that be an insight in to future events, and also how true the story is would be a Key factor in this.

Also a big subject, especially in Gnostics and walking in the light for as Christ did , Intuition in Thyself are others is a very real thing... does this not come under knowing the future also. I have experiance that the more you are closer to the Christ conscousness, thus for helping yourself and works better when for others, due to we become more humble in ourselves at this state ussualy, is parallel.

Take things simple like if your child is doing drugs and hanging out with a wrong croud, you can pretty much tell them and do that there in for alot of heartach and trouble.
Now this is not a specific prediction, but rathur broad per say in a 6 month to year outlook for the Child. Can we place this under a degree for future predicting , or as they say. an educated guess?

One last one ; Is outlook the same as future

Christ tells us also of the defiency that.. will,,, be finished . Is he not telling us future celestrial happenings that are a part of Gods Logos. True we have no control of the event to take place (which is tremendous) but we do have control over how we will end within it.. Now taking this furthur, if we also be full in the Spirit and attain the Christ Concousness now which we can, should we not also be able to see this as He does with our own path in Him?

If everything in the future was predictable, what would be the point of living this life? It would mean that everything was predetermined!

This is why I wonder if God Himself knows what will happen.

Those who say they can foretell the future could all be very rich playing the stock-market, etc.!

A predetermined world doesn't matter to eternity. Events have no real consequence "in the pleroma". It is fullness, not lacking. An experience of Fate is a big blow to the ego, and can really humble oneself.

I have heard somewhere that our lives are each given a certain number of 'breaths' ~ which determine our individual Earthly life-span. But I believe what we do during that life-span is up to us, and there is no predetermined outcome.

But this is only my personal belief ~ not really KNOWING!

These are many Good points to think on, which touch on many usefull seeds to things realy I think. I`m pondering many truths to apply in life that may gives us insite here into what we are seeking as an answer.

Even in the understanding that the answer to this will be in all our futures, and there is a difinite answer either way yes or no....or maybe something in between... Stating this I get the highest Feeling of connectiveness to the journey here. I found in a general censes of Folks that most live in a all or nothing world... I`m not talking about the board at all. But your average person, like explaining something lets say to a teenager.... you tell them what your doing may have adverse effects allong the lines per say... so then they say ..in a heated state (Giving you the intuition that they now see the reasoning and have no answer) They say "oh great, then f**k it I guess I`ll fail and die... LOL You know the a typical crash and burn mind set.... ALL or NOTHING mindset.
I try to explain to them , like this world is not black and white and there is alot of grey area were few are.... come on in. plenty of room.
I think the future is alot like this. its mostly created by us in a difinite path to which there are future consequences from each point calculated by the Father along our intire point of living it within certain boundries, due to being in the Mixture of this aeon. saying that Humans can Progress and degress at any point along our journey thus continually changing our Futures by what we do.

with this being true, being one in the Father now, one in truth sees the Past..Present.. and the Future, all from as we speak, Now.
I Realize this is the broad fulness and total Pleroma for which we all seek. And understanding the levels of the celestrial and Higher being over and able to transcended in any of the lower ones at any time, shouldn`t we as Divine beings in that state, have power to see below the total fulness of ourselves that we have overcome? remembering this passage;

Jesus said, "Don't lie, and don't do what you hate, because all things are disclosed before heaven. After all, there is nothing hidden that will not be revealed, and there is nothing covered up that will remain undisclosed."
This saying, gives credence as to we are are our own Limit that we set on ourselves.

Bob you mentioned the knowing of Stocks or Horse racing and the like. I would think this falls directly in the Physical relm of personel gains, and the divine shuts down, by what I understand and believe and feel in the fulness with the Father is the release from this world to find. The key in this world is the well being for others not self. As Christ said to the Man that has done all His commandments , for now you must give it all away to the poor and follow me, to enter the kingdom of Kingdom of Heaven, and he could not for he was a rich man and very wealthy.

See by asking the Racing results would be backsliding to the needs of the world.

The whole laws must be satisfied to attain gifts from the laws without playacting as Christ says. I imagine in a counterfeit Spirit self compromise as many have told me also; That if they hit the lotto or alot of money , they would help everyone.. Ya I take that with a grain of salt , but How can the Soul and Spirit relay on the body.

In finishing here; I stated above, Mostly Created, because we are still surrounded by the Body and under the Gods logos plan for taking part in fulfilling the defiency. whereby I have mentioned in posting before to travel out of the body that some seem they do, is realy in my view contrary to why we were put in it.... LOL the reason , your quest, journey etc.

So in the Context of the future, I guess I`m thinking like there are imovable programs on your computor hard drive (like when you defrag and see those green lines) and all the rest can be put where ever, added to and taken away? So Gods logos for us has some green lines which we can know about, as Christ tells us and wants us to teach others of. All the rest , which is vast, and work in harmony to those Green lines are controled and created by us and can be viewed according, and what we do as a collectiveness also in Chist under that(God)

At this stag I would say, Being able or not to see future events, happenins , situations is a bit more involved to answer then just yes or no.

the thing is even thou eternity is on going ,time IS A REAL LAW of this world such as gravity. if your child needs to be at school by 8;00 you plan a future event of time by leaving in time to get there. god set it up for man .he gave seasons cycles an patterns ,even in the stars to tell time, and god speakes of a future kingdom and time is mentioned all thru gnosi and connicoal script,it is set up for our benifit not his
