2 questions 1)in revelation 8:1
'when he opened the 7th seal there was silence in heaven for half an hour and the 7 angels who stand before god were given 7 trumpets.
what does the numerology behind this verse say?
2) there are 22 numbers in the Hebrew alphabet, and 22 chapters in revelation is there any numerological significance's to this?.

Hello, Soph. The 7th seal being opened is the 7th chakra. The 7 angels are the 7 planetary powers that rule over and influence each chakra. Each chakra also has its own trumpet/frequency/sound in the Greek alphabet:

1. Alpha (A)
2. Epsilon (E)
3. Iota (I)
4. Omicron (O)
5. Upsilon (U)
6. Eta (H)
7. Omega (Ω)


You are correct in stating there are 22 letters in the Hebrew alphabet and there is significance. There are also 22 major arcana of the Tarot and 22 paths in the sephiroth. 22 is the master builder (1 Corinthians 3:10). This is a reference to the temple not made with hands. We are the builders of our temple. I made reference of this in the post titled 144,000.. the measure of man, 144 cubits.

how come the greek alphabet is used as opposed to the Hebrew? also the 144 is 9 and the 22 is a 4 WHAT DOES THIS MEAN, 4 cam mean stability and foundation ? i am also curios , what is the 7 th chakra , the 3 7s and the 30 minute interval of silence

Hi, Soph. Can you go into greater detail as to why you are asking about i not being written in Hebrew? You have also lost me with mentioning 144 = 9 with 22? I don't follow where you're going? Please view the 144,000 thread under Christianity. I have all 7 chakras listed there. Look above to see the three 7's were in my initial reply. The 30min silence is a silence that comes after the last chakra is opened, prior to that point, each chakra has its own frequency/sound.

well, 1+4+4=9,and 2+2=4 ,so looking at the numbers 9 and 4 does that give anymore details about that verse in revelation mentioned above,
and why is the greek alphabet used when you describe the 7 trumpets and the sounds from them

Hi, Soph. Yes, it does help. Well, the particular verse you quoted is only making note of 7. It doesn't reference 4 or 9. What is it that you are contemplating?

well i have a basic concept that numerology is math.and and every thing is really math /numbers, i notice that in my head i say when reading and come across a number pattern or grouping and add them i cant really explain what my mind seems to do autmaticlly like 1=4=4+9. what does 9,mean . and does it pertain to the verse its in at all ,would it bring it to a deeper knowledge,

Hey Soph. 9 is the divine/holy spirit.. 9 mo of human gestation.. the disciples prayed for 9 days and then the spirit descended (Acts 2:1-4). The 9th sphere of the sephiroth is Yesod, is the foundation stone. This is the very stone David slew Goliath (Ego). There are also 9 feathers on the tail of the eagle on the backside of a dollar bill.

Oh gosh my math is terrible I would not even venture into this stuff....

math makes me so crazy, i failed 7 th grade cuz of it, But.......the interest in numbers and there realitivity to every thing seen and unseen as helped me learn just some basic numerology math.and it is very interesting .... to see really . math is so important and i really do hate it,but my preoccupation with numbers compels me
