Salaam (Peace)

I am a new member of this forum. I am originally from Houston TX and now live in the East Texas region. I have been Muslim since 1989. Prior to this I was basically a student of occultism. I am the Founder of the Texas Prison Dawah Project, funded by the East Texas Islamic Society where I have held the Post of Dawah (Propagation/Conveyance) Officer for a number of years. I am active in the area of Inter Faith Dialogue, but it is mostly limited to mainstream religions. I am also the Founder of the Jamaat ul-Bani Noor Ghamiq, www.occultdawahproject.com/aboutus.htmlwhich is a presentation and of 'Irfani (Islamic Gnosticism) offering an Islamic application religious symbols, as well as an effort to establish Inter Faith Dialogue with the "Occult" communities. I enjoy the benefits of interacting with the spiritually advanced.

Many greetings to you brother, I truly see you have been in postion to enlighten many with that truth which you find evident. Finding the Gnostic way of being as the process of talking with the ineffable Father of eternity is truly grand indeed. A welcome step to what lies beyound. Traditional beliefs of men in all religions is but a dividing way from the Gnostics, although to truly enlighten your brother thats in them one must as they say walk in another mans shoes in order to see and understand were he is from before giving them knowledge that is intirely separate from there ouw point of view.

I had a good friend Ahmed who was muslim and a devout one, but almost look to me in fright when I suggested that Alla was in Him, and he pointed to the sky while he shock his head No... Then I realized how inbeded false traditional teaching is like that in all the religions. Christians the same.

Welcome again and look forward to exchanging truths of insight indeed my brother.
