I am a new member and was also invited to join. I am a fellow and member of the Theosophical Society for over fifteen years, a member of the AODA and the HSOM. I myself do not know too much about Gnosticism but am very interested in learning. I live in a small town in New York with my husband four dogs and a cat.

Thank you for the warm welcome. I wondered how I was found, been pondering over it all morning. I thought that was how, but then dismissed it. I am glad you cleared that up for me, as I am beginning to think you are right.

welcome Sara, I was visiting my cousin in the Adirondacs, and own Property in Malone, but residing presently in South Carolina. These Boards are a Pleasant sanctuary to rest in and share I have found, be it what ever hour of the day one chooses.
Gnos = Knowledge(greek) and inward knowledge that grows with the outer.
Christ has said the Journey within is far greater than the Journey without, and there is nothing greater than to find Yourself in the Father.

Well thank you all. I did not get these posted to emails, so I am so sorry. I decided to check it out. I was born in North Carolina and have lived in New York awhile. Adirondacks is where I would love to visit.

I'm sure you'll enjoy it being here. I've found this to be very helpful in my path. i want to wish you a warm welcome to this community. I'm still pondering myself why I was invited.
