I really enjoyed what this kid had to say. There is much truth to be found in the Muslim faith, and I wish Muslims and Christian would realize the similarities between their Faith, and keep an open-mind in such matters. The words this child spoke were truly blesed, I really liked what he had to say about Strangers. Patience, O stranger! What is the prophecy in the Bible:something like yer young men shall prophesy and old men dream dreams, etc.
Read the "About this video" part, very interesting
I wish I could speak/understand Arabic, what a weird sounding language
A Shalom w'alaykum.

The follower of knowledge learns as much as he can every day;The follower of the Way forgets as much as he can every day.By attrition he reaches a state of inaction
Wherein he does nothing, but nothing remains undone.
To conquer the world, accomplish nothing;
If you must accomplish something,
The world remains beyond conquest.
Wherein he does nothing, but nothing remains undone.
To conquer the world, accomplish nothing;
If you must accomplish something,
The world remains beyond conquest.

Have you ever heard of Sufism? Which is Islamic Mysticism? Because it should be known, that Modern day Islam is very similar to Modern day Christianity, as they are both corrupted and their first principles are turned upon themselves. The objective of their scriptures are the same, as all scriptures are esoteric and allegorical, however if you are applying it literally, they are not although in applying it literally they are both of a pharisaic mindset. Christians worship a Idol of Rome, the Jesus God of Constantine through their creation of the Trinity (of which is poorly understood). Muslims know very well that the whole Jesus God thing is and was a lie, that the Trinity was a creation in that same Nicea Assembly which decreed that Jesus was pretty much God. But Muslims have a heavier burden in regards to the fallacious aspects of the Our'an which are latter corruptions and interpolations inputted by an ignorant agenda. Islam was not like that in its beginnings, it was a religion of peace and Enlightenment but it has become its polar opposite. And while there maybe decent Muslims, while they remain silent in the face of the ideologies which are consuming it, then they share in the karma. If you are not actively against a problem you are with it.
All religions and anything for that manner turns upon itself, that is turns upon its first principle in due time, as the retarding is soon to follow then the reverse and then the illusion of the reversal octave.
Sufism is more related to ancient Islam.

truly beautiful!~!!!, in talking with my friend Sariea, {mentioned in mecca post} there faith is amazing they DO believe
'in JESUS .they also believe he died resurrected and rose and ascended, theybelieve he was a great prophet,who had healing powers over flesh, and death, they also believe he will return in the same way he left they call him {issa} thats how it sounds when she says it. my views on Islam have changed since i have met her and her family. they are very peaceful. she has said alot about the corruption of Islam and it breaks her heart and the hearts of true Muslims. we talk alot as there are truly many similarities, the main differences so far i have seen as ,they do not believe or accept the trinity, nor that any man {flesh}could ever be THE SON OF GOD,they do not consider themselves or any man to be children of GOD. and here is something else i learned there are GNOSTIC MUSLIMS. Gods people are waking up , the children of today ARE going to be a great and mighty generation of GODS people. thats why i felt commpelled to post that youth of a nation post.

Sorry to disillusion you, but Islam does not believe that Jesus was crucified. The Koran says that God fooled the people by placing a Jesus look-a-like on the cross. No crucified Christ in Islam. Respect for you, prevents me from mentioning some of the truly awful things in the Koran. The difference between the Bible and the Koran is that we have outgrown the awful things in the Bible, whilst
Islam maintains the awful things in the Koran are for all time, and are still practised in the world. Why dont you have a look at the Koran on-line. I guarantee it will give you a different perspective on life.
with respect
peace

angelfire, no disillusion here . have you read the quran? i have and i do. i also maintain an ongoing relationship with an orthodox muslim women.the QUR'AN that i read is put out by the Islamic research academy and translated by DR AHMED ZIDAN ,published by Islamic house for publishing and distribution, in Cairo Egypt dont read it on line. as i have found the online translations not true to the text.there is no more murder and violence in the QUR'AN then there is in the bible.how many times was israel told to go in and kill ,y
take no prisoners, not even women and children were spared.i have an on going relationship with an active Muslim ,who talks very highly of the people of the way also known as the people of the book.they do not call Jesus by that name .read the SURAT MARRYAM 19. THERE is where you will read aboput mary and jesus his birth and what it means it also says specifically about his birth death and Resurrection also quotes jesus as saying follow me and i will guide you to the way that is strait. and goes on . read it for your self HIS NAME IN ISLAM IS YAHYA,thought that was pretty interesting
tou really should read it for your self,you might find it interesting, iam curios as to where you get your information from?
be carefull ,propaganda is very misleading and always incorrect,as its intentions are to stir up strife and trouble.

Salaam (Peace)
Sopherim7. I must say I love your whole vibe, very peaceful, and loving. I would like to suggest to you that you study into the life and teachings of a famous Sufi Sister named Rabi'a Basri. There is an excellent book about her by Margaret Smith called "Rabi'a Basri: The Mystic and her fellow-saints in Islam". Her teachings are still controversial today, but I love her, her emphasis on Mahabbah (Love) for Allah gives the much needed spiritual balance. She came to mind after reading over your posts, you remind me of her, and I think you would love her too.
You spoke very accurately about the teachings of Quran, but I would like to respond to what you said about the crucifixtion of Prophet Isa [Jesus] (AS). In Surah 4:157, it is made clear that Isa (AS) was not crucified or even killed, the same is true in the Gospel of Thomas and the Gospel of Barnabas. He was in fact raised up, according to Quran, and has not yet experienced death, and will reappear in the "last days". His message was definitely about overcoming spiritual death and spiritual rebirth. Many Sufis and 'Urraaf (Islaimic Gnostics) believe that this message was misinterpreted into a literal account, either way, he is one of the Five major Prophets of Islam, and was given great power from Allah. He spoke from the cradle as an infant, and gave life to a moulded clay bird (5:110) as a sign of the Power given to him by Allah. I believe the message of Prophet Isa (AS) was one of the most spiritual from among the messages. There are significant correspondences between the Logos, the "Supreme Buddha", and the Noor Muhammad (Light of Muhammad). Indeed there is a growing spirituality in the world religions. An increasing brightness from every ray of the spectrum.
Isa
