I am also a semi-retired Composer of Music however I still play piano and sing in Resteraunts and for special functions. (Original & Sophisiticated Music)

I Compose for all types of groups, e.g. choirs, orchestras, string ensembles, soloists from classical to spiritual to love songs, ballads to Modern Jazz. (I also usually write the words (Lyrics))

Hi Composer, welcome to the gnostic way. Gnosticism goes beyond the words of any scripture, and beyond the beliefs of any religion, to the very experience which brought those things into being. It transcends anything which can be comprehended by the finite mind - and leads the devoted disciple to the very experience of the Mysteries of God.

i am really not trying to be confrontational, but i guess... it is going to be.i have some real questions about the doctrine you follow . namely the stand on the gifts of the holy spirit not being for today?
i also am an avid bible student ,i also have studied Mormonism, Jehovah's witness,and satanism ,and paganism/witch craft;wicca
and new age philosophy.also i am studying Islam. i have done loads of research on Calvinism,arminisim ,catholics,baptists ,Pentecostals, not one of the above denies the holy spirit gifts for today....NOT EVEN SATANISM!!!!!!!!!!!! what bible do you read ? i read the living and the new king James....
i am interested to hear your doctrine and theology on the holy spirit.
i went to your link on the other forum and must say i was shocked that people think that god speaks to them second hand or from a book...god is not the bible he is the supreme omnipresent,omnipotent source and giver of all life, why do you put him in the box that sits on a dusty shelf way back in your mind somewhere?do you not hunger and thirst for experience with god?how did you come to know him if the holy spirit did not gift you with grace and enlightenment. GRACE IS A GIFT FROM GOD THRU THE POWER OF HIS SPIRIT FOR GOD IS SPIRIT does Christ live in you,? if yes then the fullness of GOD LIVES IN YOU.we are the new testament church we serve the same GOD that baptized peter at pentecost with fire to know and speak the truth. the baptism of fire is the refining fire ,that removes that BURNS THE DROSS AWAY and reveals the beauty of the vessel you are created to be.do a word search in your bible about the baptism of fire. do a study of Ephesians,collosians ,1&2
Corinthians . read the book of joel how can one ignore the truth about GNOSIS in these texts .

A 'composed WARM welcome' to the boards! I do not know a lot about Christadelphianism, but have read some about it on the CARM boards. I look forward to hearing the truths of this following. As Bob had mentioned, I do not follow a religion either. I am Gnostic in nature, for I see religions as the 'wide road' that everyone travels.. but each are on their own path... the law of possibilities/probabilities should not be taken lightly.. a bit like 'walk a mile in someone else's shoes'. I do see that anyone who can follow the way of unconditional love are definitely on the right track!!

edit: wanted to add something that I have heard/read. I read that the music in heaven makes even the best 'orchestrail bands' (spelling) sound like children clanging on a drum... (no offence, just wanted to get your opinion). I feel that our form of communication on the otherside is definitely 'musical' in a energy/vibe sort of way lol...

Get use to it man you will get that anytime you go outside the realm of Christian Belief I have taken attacks like that myself. Being Christian I do not necessarily fall in line with a lot of its doctrine so I get blasted too...
