The Ark of the Covenant

I am curious to see the responses to this query...What was placed in the Ark of the Covenant?

well ,without looking it up ,i think inside was the following items
1. a jar of manna
2. the stone with the 10 commandments
3. arrons rod that had buded

i am pretty sure that the above were the only contents in the ark of the covenant

My own interest is in the stone tables, not the covenant tablets, but the Divine revelation of the order of things based on sacred geometry.
I never really had any info on it...hence speculation and the query.

The order of the universe, supposedly the divinity plan for all things in the form of the original mathematical equation. References to "stone" are not rare. In Revelation it is referenced as a stone upon which your name is written that no one may know.

I recall somewhere in my diverse readings about the Ark of the Covenant being more than a container for the temporal commandments.

Why do you doubt? Scripture states that you are the temple whom God dwells in and that in him we move and have our being. He does not dwell in a "man made" temple or rest upon a "man made" ark.

It is apparent that this thread has changed its focus to some misguided notion that I am without direction. I asked a question intitially, now a simple metaphoric response to the idea of the Ark of the Covenant being me, has become the center stage, replete with manifestations of orthodox traditionality.
Gnosis is a discovery of God; beginning with an inner spiritual journey. I am not pleased by condescension or assumptive designation. I guess I expected more from this forum.
