I completely agree, except to point out that the only TRUE enemy lies within US.... The Kabbalah teaches that our only enemy is the enemy within.

Good replies, Chukuma. I love the 'stink' analogy, and I WHOLEHEARTLY agree...

But PLEEZE don't EVER leave us!!! I for one have learned much from your posts, and I think you are a real gem (or pearl, to be specific Laughing )....

Does anyone have a take on this verse:

"And a great sign appeared in heaven: a woman clothed with the sun, with the moon under her feet, and on her head a crown of twelve stars." (Revelations 12:1)

Hi, ABS. Astrologically speaking, the woman appears in heaven (sky). This is a reference to Virgo (September). The moon is at her feet because it is leaving the conjunction of the sun. She is the ruling sign..queen of heaven, appropriately crowned by 12 stars, representing the 12 heavenly signs of the zodiac.

Mystically speaking, when the 3rd eye is opened, the virgin appears in the mind (heaven) of the initiate. She is clothed by the masculine energy (sun) and raised by the union of the feminine energy (moon). The mastery off Christ consciousness is the crowning of the 12 stars. The heavenly man is represented by the 12 signs of the zodiac.

Clement of Alexandria:

the path of souls to ascension lies through the twelve signs of the zodiac," and the church festivals today are based, not upon historical dates in connection with the outstanding religious figures to which they refer, but upon the times and the seasons.”

That is a great interpretation! Did you make the associations immediately or did it take some work? I hope to one day be so adept at astrology that I can make these kind of connections. Thanks Smile
Blessings, Heather

Reply:

Hello, Heather. A little bit of both. Astrology, as it pertains to scripture, is the inner court (hypostylic hall) of interpretation. It is far better to enter the holy of holies (upper room) as stated by Christ (Luke 17:21).

Hi GW

The guy on this video does not seem to believe that Yehoshua/Jesus was ever a real historical figure - i.e. a human being! Do you believe that?

How many here believe the same?

i believe with boldness that jesus was and is 100% MAN ,and at the same time i believe he also was and is the temple of the living GOD almighty, therefore even though he himself never claimed to be GOD all the fulness 100% of GOD dwelt within in him.....................as it does all those who let GOD sit on the throne of there heart, instead of self.those who have realized them selfs in GOD and GOD within

i did not watch the clip yet ....im worken on it

Hey,GW. I love you to brother! Thank you for the link. I listened to his interpretation of 1 John 4:2. He is on the money. Erchomai is only used in present and or imperfect tense (i.e. not perfect/incomplete). So the orthodox interpretation is out of context because they make the term past perfect (i.e. perfect/complete) by limiting the Christ solely to the personage known as Jesus. This is an excellent point to be made against those who love to continually use this scripture against gnostics. GW, thank you for sharing this with the board!

Yes, Chuk, I agree. Jesus/Yehoshua was definitely NOT the only Messiah to walk this Earth.
